Coz your food choices can change the WORLD!




  • 500g pak choy, quartered
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced 
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tamari sauce
  • Sesame seeds, to serve

With… 1 pack Get Plant’d Meat Free Roast Duck


  • Add garlic and spring onion to a hot oiled pan, then cook until golden. 
  • Add pak choy to pan with tamari sauce and a dash of cold water. 
  • Cover pan with lid, simmering until pak choy becomes tender. Turn as required.
  • Remove pak choy from pan then serve immediately with prepared Get Plant’d Meat Free Roast Duck. 
  • Sprinkle your plate with sesame seeds for added appeal!
