Ingredients

  • 1 large iceberg lettuce
  • 1 red capsicum, julienned
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic gloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp ginger paste
  • Mint and coriander sprigs

With… 1 pack Get Plant’d Meat Free Roast Pork

Method

  • Prepare a wok with hot oil, then add spring onion, garlic cloves, and Get Plant’d Meat Free Roast Pork. Stir until onion and garlic are golden brown. 
  • Add ginger paste and toss in wok to combine and caramelise.
  • Remove contents from wok and serve immediately, using washed and separated lettuce leaves in place of a bowl. 
  • Top with capsicum strips, fresh mint, and coriander!

Serves 2.
