Ingredients

  • 13 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp ground chili powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp brown sugar

With… 1 pack Get Plant’d Meat Free Roast Chicken

Method

  • Add the marinade ingredients into a jar, then shake well to combine.
  • Coat your Get Plant’d Meat Free Roast Chicken fillets in the lemon n’ chili mixture, then leave in fridge to marinade for at least 2 hours.
  • Once marinated, fry chicken in a hot oiled pan using the preparation info above. 
  • Serve with a squeeze of lime and a sprig of coriander for added zest!
